This position is responsible for the analysis of nursing quality data and consults with nursing leadership to achieve quality and organizational outcomes.
-Graduate of a state approved School of Registered Nursing.
-Bachelor degree in Nursing required.
-Master degree (preferred).
-A minimum of 2 years acute care nursing care experience.
-Demonstrates leadership and creativity to guide others through change and to new levels of understanding.
-Demonstrates ability to effectively work with physicians, staff, and patients.
-Demonstrates ability to utilize effective, appropriate and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
-Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
-Demonstrates ability to write and publish in professional journals and text.
-Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as Internet access and utilization.
-Ability to utilize research data and quality data for improvement of patient-care practices.
-Valid California Registered Nurse License.
-A Fire and Safety card must be presented upon hire or must be obtained at our facility within the first 30 days of hire and maintained by renewing before expiration date.
