Recruiting for an Assistant Professor
The Accounting Department at the Michael G. Foster School of Business, University of Washington is recruiting to hire a tenure track Assistant Professor for the 2016-2017 academic year. The position is open to all teaching areas within accounting and all research methodologies. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in related field or foreign equivalent. University of Washington faculty members engage in research, teaching, and service.
The Foster School of Business is proud to support top-ranked programs at the undergraduate, MBA, Ph.D., and executive levels. The Accounting Department ranks first in contributions to financial accounting research according to a study out of Brigham Young University and comprises of a group of highly productive scholars. The Foster School of Business is housed in Paccar Hall, a 135,000 square foot state-of-the art classroom and faculty office building.
Seattle, the location of the Foster School of Business, is a culturally rich city offering a picturesque setting, vibrant life style, and innumerable recreational opportunities.
