The AODHRI Director works in collaboration with colleagues to develop and implement an integrated, public health effort to reduce alcohol and other drug harms within the undergraduate community and to foster positive culture change; supports the creation of more low-alcohol and no-alcohol social events; provides context-appropriate education to colleagues and undergraduates; trains and supervises students in support of this work; and assists in revising and implementing relevant Yale College and University policies. Reports to the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs/Director of the Office of Gender and Campus Culture.

Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and three years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience in public health approaches to culture change, AOD harm reduction, or young adult populations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
