Major Duties: - Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics/data science, in coordination with other aspects of the graduate program.- Advise PhD students.- Maintain an active statistics/data science methodological research program and establish a strong publication record.- Statistical consulting and interdisciplinary research.- Write and submit grant proposals to external funding agencies.- Participate in department, college, and university service responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications: - PhD in statistics must be obtained by December 31, 2017, from an accredited institution.- Excellent oral and written communication skills, commitment to excellence in teaching.
