Major Responsibilities: Provides assistance in answering questions about library services and technology support for walk-ins, phone calls, and email during days, evenings and weekends. Weekend and evening support is probable.Technology troubleshooting in a variety of applications.Supervises students and library operations.
Required Qualifications: Associate degreeTwo years experience in a customer services environmentDemonstrable ability to learn new technologies
