Carilion Clinic has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Director who will provide the strategic vision to attract top talent to our organization. The Director will oversee the development and implementation of creative and innovative recruitment strategies to proactively address workforce challenges across the United States. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication, recruitment, and sourcing skills to achieve talent acquisition goals. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices, current technology, communication providers, social media, metrics and analytics are essential to this role.
Minimum Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business or related field required. Relevant Masters' Degree preferred.
Experience: Seven years' experience in Human Resources or related function with a minimum of three years' leadership experience required.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: PHR, SPHR or comparable professional certification desirable.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Experience with communication strategies and programs. Ability to analyze hiring results and trends and make appropriate recommendations/changes. Proven ability to meet business goals..
