Reporting to the Vice Chair of Clinical Operations for The Department of EM, the Director of Strategy, Business, and Program Development will play a role in strategic planning initiatives, network development activities, practice integrations, and program development that will further the Department's local, regional, national, and international reputation as a Center for Excellence in Emergency Medicine. Will serve as lead on critical projects and initiatives as assigned by evaluating scope, conducting research and analysis, developing strategies, tracking, proposal development and providing regular updates to leadership. Will function as a point of contact for leadership on practice transitions\acquisitions, outreach requests, marketing requests, and other development led projects and initiatives. Represents the Chair in a variety of ongoing projects and transitions while directing and monitoring the processes necessary for the successful project completion.

Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience in healthcare management with five years of responsible experience in a healthcare environment leading teams and complex projects or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
