The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, Irvine anticipates an opening for non-tenured, academic term appointment at the Assistant or Associate Level in the Adjunct Professor series in the Division of Family Planning. Responsibilities will include developing multidisciplinary research collaboration combining pre-existing internal resources within the other divisions of the department, as well as external resources in other departments; medical student and resident supervision and teaching; provide University and public service; and demonstrate professional competence. Requirements - Candidate must possess a PhD with a demonstrated career focus on abortion and reproductive health research. Experience with developing a multidisciplinary research collaboration combining pre-existing internal resources within the other divisions of the department, as well as external resources in other departments including Biostatistics and Public Health is desired.
