| Hourly position / 15 hours per week. |
Oversee all aspects of one-stop Student Services primarily in financial aid. This position also includes oversight responsibility when the Student Services Administrator is not available.
RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:
Provide student financial services assistance.
Produce data analysis.
Function as liaison between academic and administrative functions.
Represent Student Services at Open House events.
Propose new procedures to improve Student Services operation.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a stressful high volume customer service environment.
Ability to prioritize workload according to volume urgency etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word Windows Administrative Systems (DG) Exeter and Google.
Some evening and weekend hours required.
Associate?s Degree is required. Bachelor's Degree and Student Financial aid experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred. University experience is a plus.
