The Senior Research Assistant (SRA) will work on an NIH study that aims to help parents improve the oral health of their children, including changing their diet and seeking dental care. The SRA will be involved in participant recruitment, enrollment and consent, data collection (qualitative and quantitative), data entry and management, team meetings, and other research related tasks.
Performs data collection, data entry and database maintenance. Assists with research, coordination of services, preparation of research related materials including reports and basic data analysis. Recruits participants.
Salary: Grade 25
3-5 years of experience and a High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong prior Human Subjects experience required.
Preferred Psychology, public health, or related social science field. Driver's license and car is necessary.
Fluent computer skills (word, excel, powerpoint). Spanish speaking candidate is desirable but not required. Some early evening hours may be necessary.
The position also requires 3 to 5 years experience in human subjects research, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, the capacity to work with a team and engage in a professional manner with participants.
