VICE PRESIDENT, PEOPLE, edX, to oversee all aspects of employee engagement and development, talent strategy, and management. This is a newly-created role that will focus on the stewardship of the end-to-end talent strategy that best supports edX's strategy and ambitions. Will report directly to the president and serve as a member of the leadership team.

REQUIRED: at least five years' direct human resources and talent development senior leadership experience; core domain expertise and experience leading organization design and development, executive development, team effectiveness, and learning and development initiatives in best-in-class organizations or at top HR or management consulting firms; experience successfully building a talent strategy that enables the business strategy during key scaling periods, preferably with a technology-enabled high growth startup; demonstrated success implementing modern methods and tools for performance management and talent development that have a real impact on talent and business results; strong communication, problem-resolution, and culture development skills; experience driving inclusion and diversity programs. Seek a highly analytical individual who is able to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
