The Feinberg School of Medicine Division of Hematology Oncology, together with the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University, seeks to hire an outstanding scientist with a focus on cancer-related epidemiology for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor.
Candidates should have demonstrable expertise and original research in the design, conduct, and analysis of relevant research. Requirements include a doctoral degree in epidemiology, genetics, medicine, or a related field. Preference will be given to individuals with previous or current external funding and a record of multidisciplinary and collaborative experience with clinical or laboratory-based scientists.
This position will be on the tenure-eligible scientist track at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor level. Rank and salary will be based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position that requires a Ph.D. or M.D. / Ph.D. degree.
