UCSF FRESNO PSYCHIATRY FACULTY POSITION: MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF FRESNO COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH
The University of California San Francisco Fresno Medical Education Program (UCSF Fresno) and Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG) are seeking candidates for a 1.0 FTE faculty member to be Medical Director of Fresno County Mental Health in Fresno. The primary functions of the Director will be to lead and supervise clinical care delivery to the UCSF Fresno teaching services within the County, develop research programs, engage in program development initiatives, and provide quality oversight of psychiatry services. As part of the UCSF Fresno Psychiatry Program, additional responsibilities will include supervision of psychiatric residents, fellows, and medical students on core and elective psychiatry rotations, participation in UCSF Fresno Psychiatry Grand Rounds, and didactic seminar series. Candidates must be board certified in Psychiatry. California licensed or eligibility to obtain a California license is required.
