The Quality Assurance Analyst I creates and executes test scenarios and test cases, tracks results, logs defects to provide quality solutions and collaborates and reports findings to the project team. Provides courteous and knowledgeable customer support and service to customers by answering phone calls, emails, and doing first line diagnostics on users? problems/issues.
Bachelor?s degree in information technology or a similar field or any equivalent combination of training and work experience in information technology (One year of experience may substitute for one year of education); Demonstrated clear and concise verbal, written, and interpersonal skills including the ability to work in teams; Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills coupled with initiative and accountability; Must be well versed in all testing methodologies; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Must qualify for USDA security clearance.
