The Department of Molecular Biosciences seeks applications at the level of assistant professor from faculty candidates with research interests that complement our existing interdisciplinary strengths. Applicants with outstanding credentials from all fields will be considered, however, we are particularly interested in candidates whose research focuses on molecular evolution and/or using quantitative methods to address fundamental questions about biological mechanisms.
The department is a highly collaborative and dynamic research and training environment located on the main campus of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
