Postdoctoral Fellow - Pathology Research, School of Medicine-(16000052)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cellular immunology or tumor immunology. The candidate must have demonstrated experience with common immunological (ELISA, multi-color flow cytometry) and molecular biology (DNA and protein electrophoresis, western blotting, PCR) techniques, tissue culture (transfection, lentiviral transduction) and mouse models of solid tumors. The successful candidate will study role of miRNAs in the regulation of immunological functions in tumorigenesis and develop biomarkers for cancer diagnosis.
The candidate must have a PhD or MD/PhD degree. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork and organization skills and great career-driven ambition are prerequisite for the position.
