Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Student Programs, the Director provides overall leadership, vision, direction, coordination and delivery of a centralized, comprehensive career services program that offers a variety of services and programs to undergraduate and graduate students and alumni from all seven of the UT Dallas academic schools. The Director hires, trains and supervises staff, manages 10 Career Center budgets, develops, implements and evaluates programs and services, develops and implements the Career Center strategic plan and establishes and maintains support networks with businesses, service organizations, school districts, students, faculty, staff and professional organizations, insuring the vitality of all career resources, services and programs.
Master’s degree in business administration, student personnel services, counseling or related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in career management services. Knowledge of college career services programs and career development theory.
