The Rutgers Professional Science Master's Program is looking for a full time one-year renewable Non-Tenure Track Lecturer (Instructor) position (calendar year) in the area of communication, leadership, professional development and internship for science and technology master's students. The lecturer will be teaching the 4 classes in communication and leadership (one may be online) and will also be responsible for the internship classes (which do not run like traditional classes). The position is also expected to assist with some corporate outreach as it relates to internships and the program.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Applicants must have prior teaching experience to STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) graduate students in the area of communication and leadership. Applicant should have strong communication skills and be an expert in outreach and understand internship possibilities for STEM students. Outreach to companies is part of the internship course. Prior background in executive coaching or working with corporate employees is preferred.
