As an integral part of the Quality and Outcomes Management Department, the functions of this position include supervision of staff and responsibility for reporting and presenting accurate, quality information both internally and externally utilizing specific criteria for abstraction. Requirements Minimum Education: -Bachelor degree in nursing or a related field, and a current registered nurse license or equivalent experience in a related field (phys assistance, pre-med, etc). Masters degree preferred. Minimum Experience/Knowledge: -Requires at least five years or more in a Supervisory position and acute care setting. Requires critical thinking skills and organization in prioritizing a workload of multiple tasks. Requires knowledge of data entry into a database and the ability to analyze the information to improve care and outcomes. Required License/Certification: -Valid California Registered Nurse license. CPHQ preferred -A Fire and Safety card must be presented upon hire or must be obtained at our facility within the first 30 days of hire and maintained by renewing before expiration date.
