We are looking for someone who can operate, install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and provide expert level support for a wide variety of established and emerging media, computer and classroom technology systems. Serve on multiple service, platform, or project teams in a variety of roles such as a Subject Matter Expert, Technical Lead, Client Lead and/or Project Lead/Manager, in support of established and emerging educational technology systems and services. Act as an Application Administrator or Backup for multiple services. Collaborate with the rest of our team and be responsible for advising management on emerging technology set ups, testing and verification of the solutions and new installations. This position may entail working occasional and/or scheduled evening, weekend and/or holiday hours and being on call, as needed.
Salary: Grade 54
B.A./B.S. required, Master's preferred. (Work experience may be considered to meet the minimum requirement.) Five to eight years' of relevant experience. Crestron Digital Media Certification strongly preferred as is familiarity with Crestron systems and programming. Familiarity with ITIL Foundations, Fusion, LiveStream and ServiceNow a plus. Experience in a higher education environment would be helpful, but a fresh perspective is also welcome.
