Under the supervision of the Director of EEO and Affirmative Action, the Human Resources Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting on human resources related data including recruitment, hires, job changes, turnover, performance, compensation, and workforce and labor market demographics. The Human Resources Data Analyst is responsible for revealing the story behind the data and working closely with the Equal Employment and Affirmative Action team to prepare it for presentation to campus partners.
