The OGC is MIT's law office. Its responsibility is to provide the best independent advice in the interest of MIT. REQUIRED: at least ten years of relevant experience. J.D. degree and admission to the Massachusetts' Bar Association (MBA) are required, although those who have been admitted to another state's bar but are able to promptly gain admission to the MBA will be considered. Seek a highly versatile lawyer with excellent oral and written communication skills and an excellent academic record. Sophisticated law firm training is highly desired.
