Posting Summary: The Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Virginia seeks candidates for a tenure-ineligible clinical faculty at the rank of Assistant Professor.
The incumbent will have inpatient rotations in the Medical Intensive Care Unit and Pulmonary Consult Service. In addition, the incumbent will work in the Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic and the general pulmonary clinic.
Candidates must have a MD degree or equivalent, be board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-certified or board-eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine by appointment start date. Strong interpersonal skills and excellence in patient care and teaching is expected.
