The University of Virginia's College at Wise, a division of the University of Virginia, is a nationally ranked four-year public liberal arts college located in the mountains of southwestern Virginia, invites applications for a one-year teaching position in the Department of Nursing. Depending on qualifications, the applicant may be appointed as an instructor or visiting professor. At the time of appointment, the candidate must hold at a minimum a Master's Degree in Nursing. Special consideration will be given to the candidate who has extensive experience in medical-surgical nursing or has previous teaching experience.
