Posting Summary: The University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences seeks candidates for a Research Associate position with experience in semiconductor materials and device characterization to support a research initiative in the Charles L. Brown Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
