The University of California, San Diego, Department of Neurosurgery (neurosurgery.ucsd.edu) is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body and is seeking neurointerventional radiologist to practice at UCSD and at our affiliated hospitals in San Diego and Imperial Counties.
This position will include participation in patient care, teaching, research and projects leading to expansion of the clinical service.
Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:
1) MD 2) Board certification or eligibility in Neurointerventional Radiology 3) Commitment to general neurointerventional practice, with opportunity for subspecialty interest development in endovascular neurosurgery and neuroradiology 4) Must have or be able to obtain a California medical license. 5) Candidates are required to show a demonstrated commitment to diversity and equity.
Appointment will be at the Assistant rank in the Clinical Series.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on University of California pay scales.
