A part-time instructor is needed to teach FST 422 (Sec. M004)- Wine and Beer Appreciation (3 crs) in the Fall 2016 (8/29/16-12/16/16). Course description: Class covers in-depth tasting and comparative analysis of red and white wines made from the same grapes, but from different countries and regions, covers the background on beer history, ingredients and brewing process, beer styles and presentation, including tasting and sensory evaluation. W 3:45 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
