The Management and Organizations Department of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. Applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field and demonstrate an interest in topics related to management and organization. Relevant fields include but are not limited to organization theory, organizational behavior, strategic management, entrepreneurship, psychology or sociology. The degree must be in hand by the employment start date. Primary criteria are evidence of outstanding research potential, a commitment to teaching excellence, and an ability to enhance the department’s research and teaching portfolio.
