The Department of Neurology at the University of Minnesota invites applications for an assistant professor position to enhance research strengths in understanding the cellular and circuit mechanisms of cognitive dysfunction in developmental epilepsy. The successful candidate will have demonstrated research productivity and in the early stages of implementing an independent research program. The candidate should have publications in relevant peer-reviewed scientific journals. The candidate will be expected to establish an independent research program and acquire federal funding to support his/her research program. He/she will be expected to participate in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
Neuroscientists with a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree are eligible to apply.
