The UCI Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) in the Henry Samueli School of Engineering is recruiting highly motivated and creative individuals for postdoctoral scholar positions with experience on intravascular ultrasound (IVUS). The projects at Kheradvar research Group (KLAB) are at the intersection of engineering, mathematical sciences, clinical cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and developmental biology. Applicants are required to have research experience with: Intravascular Ultrasound or in general physics of ultrasound Engineering design software such as SolidWorks, Catia, etc. Requirements: Ph.D. in physics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or related fields. Ability to work well with a diverse group of scientists. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and years of experience.
