Academic Neuropsychologist – Assistant Professor
The Department of Neurology at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine seeks a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed Clinical Psychologist for a full-time position as Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology. Candidates must be licensed in psychology in the State of California. Candidates must be graduates of a Tier 1 research university and have completed an APA accredited internship with training in neuropsychology and a one-year post-doc in neuropsychology or health psychology with neuropsychology experience.
The candidate will have two major responsibilities: 1) neuropsychological assessment in both Spanish and English, and 2) research coordination. Extensive experience in neuropsychological testing of older adults in both Spanish and English is required. The candidate will be expected to engage in independent research and is expected to have published several first author peer-reviewed journal articles.
The candidate will become an integral member of the Alzheimer Disease Research Center (funded by the National Institute on Aging) and the Department of Neurology with opportunities for research, teaching and clinical practice.
