Job Standard / Operational Needs: 1) Conduct NIH funded research. Grow personal research portfolio. Maintain active publication record. (80%) 2) Direct, supervise and/or consult with other Department faculty and trainees. (10%) 3) Direct the Department of Psychiatry's research education activities, including teaching the required research course for residents. Coordinate grand rounds and other CME activities. (10%)
