Advertised Summary Job Description: The incumbent will carry out DNA analyses on genetically manipulated stemm cells; molecular cloning, manage mouse colonies, purify and quantify DNA for the production of transgenic mice, culture stem cells. Carry out gene targeting procedure, keep organized laboratory records and other duties as assigned to facilitate the research laboratory.
General Minimum Qualifications: Two years of college or a completed A.A. program with an emphasis in chemistry, biology or physics or the equivalent in education, training and experience.
