Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management is seeking applicants for a tenure-track position in Entrepreneurship at the assistant or associate professor rank. We expect the selected individual to join the faculty prior to the 2017-18 academic year.
Entrepreneurship is a core priority of the Whitman School and Syracuse University, as signified by an academic department of Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises (EEE). The EEE department offers degree programs in entrepreneurship at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. Its educational programs and research productivity are consistently ranked among the best in the United States, including top rankings in US News & World Report, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, and Princeton Review/Entrepreneur magazine. The faculty are highly research active and publish regularly in leading entrepreneurship and management journals (e.g. AMJ, AMR, JBV, SMJ, ETP and SEJ in the past few years). Faculty members also hold important editorial and leadership positions at top entrepreneurship journals. Members of the research faculty include Maria Minniti, Johan Wiklund, Mike Haynie, Alex McKelvie, Minet Schindehutte, Alejandro Amezcua, Todd Moss and Trent Williams.
