The University of Cincinnati Department of Radiology is currently accepting applications for its emergency radiology fellowship for 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. The Emergency Radiology fellowship is a non-accredited one-year program available to American Board of Radiology certified or board eligible radiologists who have completed or are enrolled in a US ACGME-accredited radiology residency. The fellowship program provides advanced training in all modalities related to neuroimaging, abdominal imaging (including ultrasound), musculoskeletal imaging, cardiopulmonary imaging, and pediatric imaging with an emphasis on emergency radiology. Fellows will learn the skills to manage a busy and complex emergency radiology practice. Our program offers trainees access to training by a dedicated group of emergency radiologists, an internationally-recognized stroke program, cutting edge technology and state-of-the art equipment, a large and diverse patient population at a level 1 trauma center, strong didactic teaching program with multi-disciplinary exposure to Neurology, Trauma Surgery, and Emergency Medicine and dedicated research time. Fellows will spend time in both subspecialty and emergency radiology divisions at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, one of the most internationally acclaimed pediatric hospitals.
