Required Licenses Or Certifications: 1. Yale Catering Waitstaff Program certified. 2. TIPS certified. 3. Servsafe certified/comparable certification accepted by CT DPH. (Preceding certifications to be made available to eligible candidates not certified) 4. Valid CT driver's license.
1. Five years of experience as a banquet server with buffet and plate service, or equivalent; 1 year to have been in a lead (captain or equivalent) position. 2. Bartending experience required.
