Advertised Summary Job Description: Web Services at CUMC is a growing, talented group of individuals who are focused on bringing new and innovative approaches in Web and application development to address the needs of the CUMC community. We are searching for an associate digital project manager to track and support Web design/development and related digital projects for the CUMC community.
Reporting to the manager of Web Services, the associate digital project manager is responsible for planning and tracking multiple Web initiatives, from inception to completion. As the client liaison and communications hub, the associate digital project manager will attend client meetings with other Web Services team members to document requirements, define project scope, provide details about process, generate timelines, create project charters and cost estimates, provide regular status reports, document changes to project scope, and perform other duties as necessary. An integral part of the Web Services team, the associate digital project manager will interact with designers, developers, and vendors to ensure work is progressing as planned and costs are contained.
The candidate must have a background in Web design or development, a thorough understanding of Web design/development and project management life cycles, and a proven track record of successfully managed projects. Highly desirable: familiarity with Jira, Drupal and SCRUM methodology.
General Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree;and at least three years of related experience
