TRAINER, SYSTEMS/TECHNICAL, MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU), to develop programs for and then conduct and train a diverse audience of internal users on MITFCU's operating information systems. Responsibilities include developing training programs and coordinating regular training events for systems/software used by MITFCU's staff such as XP (teller, MSR, lending), Elan, Springboard, and ITM technology and new systems as they are adopted; working closely with internal stakeholders to determine training levels; serving as the point of contact for all technical training and related events, including on-line, classroom, and vendor-related training opportunities; collaborating with the HR training specialist in the planning, coordinating, and training of staff to develop a cohesive schedule and menu of offerings; conducting computer training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflow, and reports; collaborating with IT to determine system utilization requirements by researching and testing systems and troubleshooting issues prior to, during, and after installations; and tracking individuals' participation in training programs and coordinating with members of project working committees to ensure training requirements for each program are met.
REQUIRED: a minimum of three years of experience as a technical trainer for XP, Elan, and/or Springboard or a minimum of five years of experience in banking, banking software support, or software training/bank training; experience developing training materials, both digital- and paper-based, and implementing a training plan; demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs; and a bachelor's degree.
