UCSF Fresno and the Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG) are recruiting for a hematologist/oncologist at the assistant, associate and clinical professor rank. Rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will see patients in the ambulatory setting and inpatient consultations in both a teaching and non-teaching environment. Applicants should be board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified or eligible in oncology and/or hematology, have excellent clinical skills, be willing to actively participate in medical education, and have experience and interest in clinical research. An interest in lung cancer, GI cancer or interest in hematological malignancy is preferred. Applicants must possess the basic qualifications at the time of hire. The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program is located in a new $150 Million Regional Medical Center and has initiated a new hematology/ oncology faculty practice site and infusion center. The Hematology/Oncology fellowship program will commence in July 2016. Excellent salary and faculty appointment with UCSF commensurate with experience.
