Minimum Qualifications: PhD in anatomy, biology, neuroscience or related field with completion of post doctoral fellowship and 4 years teaching experience. MD/PhD, MD or other basic science medicine discipline preferred.
Job Standard / Operational Needs: Teach in human gross anatomy and neuroanatomy courses. Gross Anatomy: Teaching instruction includes human gross anatomy dissection, laboratory teaching and lecture to medical and graduate students and preparation of practical and written exam questions. Will work and collaborate with gross anatomy and neuroscience/neuroanatomy teaching teams. Neuoranatomy: Responsible for laboratory instruction of medical and graduate students, individual instruction and lab lectures; train graduate or medical student lab assistants; produce power point and other review materials; participate in unit reviews with students and faculty; prepare exam questions and contribute to the development of the laboratory examination.
