Effective oral and written communication skills, record of scholarly achievements including publications in peer-reviewed journals, and ability to secure extramural research funding are essential. Candidates must have an earned doctoral degree (completed by the time of appointment) in reproductive physiology or a closely related field with research abilities using, preferably, animals of importance to the food and fiber industry. Postdoctoral experience (minimum 12 months) providing evidence of outstanding research and excellent teaching potential are desired.
