Assistant, Associate, or Full Clinical Professor (HS Clinical) - Cardiothoracic Surgery
The University of California, San Diego, Department of Surgery, Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery (http://ctsurgery.ucsd.edu/) is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body and is seeking a cardiothoracic surgeon to service an affiliated North County hospital. The position may also include service to additional hospitals in the area. This position will include participation in patient care, teaching, research and projects leading to expansion of the clinical service. Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:
1) Board certification or eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery. 2) Commitment to research and education 3) Must have or be able to obtain a California medical license
The division is interested in candidates who have demonstrated commitment to excellence by providing leadership in teaching, research or service towards building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment.
