The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University invites applications for full-time teaching positions in health management/administration, to commence September 1, 2016. The School offers an undergraduate Health Administration major leading to a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and will launch its Master of Health Administration (MHA) program in January, 2017. Open positions are non-tenure track multi-year teaching appointments. Applicants should have both instructional and health administration experience.
Responsibilities: Successful applicants will staff both undergraduate and graduate level courses in more than one content area, including Operations, IT, Health Economics, Finance and Financial Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and more. Courses will be offered in a range of modalities beyond traditional settings, including hybrid and online formats. Expectations of teaching faculty include:

Participation in current research in a health administration field and/or a record of exemplar practitioner experience and certifications (e.g., FACHE).
Involvement in curricular design and course development.
