The Division of Hematology/Oncology (http://med.ucsd.edu) in the Department of Medicine at University of California, San Diego is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body. The Division is actively recruiting clinicians in solid tumor oncology with an emphasis on GU malignancies and experimental therapeutics. Individuals with a track record of successful clinical trials leadership or translational research and with a commitment to excellence in patient care are encouraged to apply. The individual will participate in the clinical programs and educational activities of the Division, must be board certified/eligible in Medical Hematology and/or Oncology, and must be eligible for a State of California medical license.
The Department of Medicine is interested in candidates who have demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching, research, service and/or patient care leading to an equitable and diverse scholarly environment.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on University of California pay scales.
