Professor of Clinical Surgery University of California, San Francisco
The Department of Surgery, University of California, San Francisco, has an immediate need for a fulltime, academic, Board-Certified/Board Eligible cardiothoracic surgeon with advanced training and a history of demonstrated excellent clinical skills and accomplishments. Recognized skills in the education of Medical Students, Residents and Fellows are preferred. The position will be at the level of Full in the Clinical X series.
Candidates with experience and proven abilities in all areas of cardiothoracic surgery including minimally invasive surgery and an interest in clinical outcomes and/or basic research are encouraged to apply.
This position will primarily engage in the practice of adult cardiothoracic surgery at Washington Township Hospital in Fremont, California as well as at other UCSF affiliated and contracted hospitals in the greater Bay Area.
