Carleton College is seeking a Program Associate in Off-Campus Studies. The Off-Campus Studies (OCS) office supports 16-19 Carleton-led off-campus programs a year and advises students on non-Carleton program choices. Between 75%-78% of Carleton graduates study off-campus. Off-Campus Studies is also the home to five Carleton Global Engagement Programs (GEP), Carleton-directed off-campus study programs which enroll students from other colleges and universities in the United States.
The Program Associate’s time and responsibilities will be divided between Carleton Global Engagement Programs (70%) and Off-Campus Studies (30%). This position will assist with handling all aspects of Carleton student’s inquiries in relating to the GEP, visas, and other general Off-Campus Studies office type questions.
This is a temporary, 10-month, 40 hours per week, benefit eligible position with an anticipated start date of August 15, 2018. Although this position is not permanent, there is the possibility for renewal on an annual basis.

The successful candidate possess a bachelor’s degree and has previous off-campus study or other international experience. Preferred qualities include previous work experience with Terra Dotta Study Abroad Software and knowledge of a second language.
