Geisinger Medical Laboratories is seeking a full-time Pathologist Assistant to join us in our new laboratory in Danville PA.
Come join our team at Geisinger Medical Center working in a newly constructed state of the art lab. Mopec downdraft adjustable grossing stations, Voicebrook dictation system, Copath and EPIC, cassette engravers at each grossing station, robotic specimen storage and retrieval system, and a customized grossing station software.
We are a team of 38 pathologists, 3 PA's, 5 Surgical Pathology Technicians. Our annual case load is 80,000 surgical cases and 60 autopsies.

Geisinger offers an excellent compensation and benefit package to include exceptionally competitive salary, 30 paid days off annually, and an additional 10 paid CME days with $1500 yearly stipend. Prior experience always preferred but exam eligible new graduates are welcome to apply.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
A candidate/graduate of an American Association of Pathologist Assistants (AAPA)/NAACLS educational program.
ASCP certification eligibility preferred or a minimum of 15 years work experience as a Pathologist Assistant.
