The Department of Pediatrics is seeking an individual to provide clerical support to assigned clinical divisions, administration, as well as cross-coverage to other divisions within the department.
The primary responsibilities for this position include: maintain and update faculty curriculum vitae, database, credentialing packets as well as state and DEA licensure; and completion of Medicaid/Medicare require paperwork.
Will manage Microsoft Outlook calendars for faculty and department; mail distribution for faculty and department; answer and screen phone calls for division(s); and prepare Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
Prepare itineraries and schedule meetings for faculty; schedule appointments and provide phone assistance, as needed; general office support includes filing, copying, typing, and faxing using Rightfax.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Associates Degree preferred and 1-2 years of experience with AEHR, Lightning Bolt, Rightfax, SCM and APM access.
