The School of Education invites applications for a Visiting Lecturer position beginning August 1, 2018. This position is a 10-month per year term.
The successful candidate will teach four courses (undergraduate and graduate) per semester in the area of Special Education. The successful candidate will teach on-campus courses and provide supervision for school-based field placements in the local schools. At a minimum, the successful candidate must hold a master's degree in Education or Special Education and have experience in P-12 schools. PhD and ABD applicants are encouraged to apply.
In addition to teaching, the successful candidate will maintain regular office hours, engage in service to the campus and the School of Education, participate in campus initiatives to increase retention and enrollment, and collaborate with the local P-12 educational community.
