Educational Program Coordinator
Produces, coordinates and implements various departmental training curricula and may oversee specific departmental education programs. This includes, but is not limited to, planning and assessing educational needs as well as evaluating and updating program materials and manuals on an ongoing basis. This is a full-time benefits eligible position. Some evening and weekend hours may be required.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, making host site arrangements, contacting vendors, preparing materials, on-site event support ( including occasional evening and weekend events )
Lead the Education Entrepreneur in Residence Program.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary curriculum, meetings, & events for entrepreneurs in the education sector.
Develop, plan & conduct professional learning initiatives for practicing educators
Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish objectives
Exchange ideas and information effectively with others inside and outside of team
Use tact and diplomacy in all interactions
Develop, coordinate, and implement ongoing activities that are meaningful for faculty, students and community partners
Manage event registration and list-serve systems
Implement e-mail marketing campaigns
Schedule events and maintain events calendar
Facilitate university credit for off-campus and credit-optional programs
An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 months experience with comparable knowledge and skills
Drivers license and reliable access to personal transportation is required.
Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite
$15.29 per hour
